Operations Manager, Benicia (Bilingual Spanish)

Benicia, CA
About Found Rental Co.

As a premier luxury event furnishing rental company, we partner with clients to transform their visions into unforgettable experiences.  Our success is built on a foundation of strong values and a passionate team.   We firmly believe in our mission of creating spaces that inspire and bring comfort.

Our team lives by five core values, and we are looking for someone who not only understands them, but actively works/lives by them.

  • Collaboration:  Succeed as a team
  • Heart:  Relentlessly care for others
  • Authenticity:  Bring our best self
  • Integrity:  Do the right thing
  • Reliability: Be dependable
The Role

The Operations Manager is a high-impact, hands-on leader who bridges the gap between visionary logistics and people-focused management.  This role is responsible for complete oversight and management of all operational departments within the Benicia location, including the Warehouse and Installation departments,  ensuring that every order is executed safely, efficiently, and to Found's highest standards of quality and service.

This isn't just about moving furniture, it's about process architecture and team empowerment.  You are the "steady hand" responsible for the daily pulse of our operation, overseeing the full lifecycle of every order, from pulling and staging to white-glove installation, while serving as the critical link between Sales, Logistics, and Inventory.  Your mission is to maintain a high-functioning, immaculate warehouse environment where inventory is preserved, labor is optimized, and every team member has the tools and support to succeed.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. They are constantly assessing and improving systems, anticipating future needs, and leading with clarity, consistency, and heart.

The Found Difference:  Our Core Values in Action

The Operations Manager is expected to embody and lead through our core values, not just understand them.  They need to demonstrate them daily in how they show up for their team, their peers, and their clients.

Collaboration: Succeed as a Team:  You don’t just delegate; you jump in during a heavy load-in to help the crew finish on time. You ensure that when a project moves from the warehouse to the installation team, the "handoff" is so organized that the next person’s job is easier. You celebrate the small wins, like a perfectly organized furniture bay, just as much as the big ones.

Heart: Relentlessly Care for Others: You notice when a lead installer is having a stressful week and take five minutes to check in on them. You ensure there is cold water and adequate breaks during a heatwave. You lead with kindness, even when a mistake is made, focusing on support and growth rather than just correction.

Authenticity: Bring Your Best Self: You show up with a positive, purposeful energy that sets the tone for the entire warehouse. You are humble enough to admit when a process you implemented isn't working and are open to suggestions from the crew on how to fix it.  You contribute honestly to leadership meetings, knowing your unique perspective adds value.

Integrity: Do the Right Thing: If a piece of furniture has a minor scratch that might go unnoticed by the client, you pull it anyway because it doesn't meet the Found standard.  You hold yourself accountable for your team's mistakes and act with honesty in every inventory count and safety report, even when no one is looking.

Reliability: Be Dependable: You are the "steady hand" of the operation. Your team knows that if you say a schedule will be out by 4:00 PM, it will be there. You show up prepared for every shift, honoring your commitments to the Sales and Logistics teams so they can confidently promise excellence to our clients.
