About Found Rental Co.

As a premier luxury event furnishing rental company, we partner with clients to transform their visions into unforgettable experiences.  Our success is built on a foundation of strong values and a passionate team.   We firmly believe in our mission of creating spaces that inspire and bring comfort.

The Role

Found Rental Co’s Load Lead is an organized, detail-oriented leader who takes great pride in the quality of our inventory, the accuracy of every order, and the condition of the warehouse we work in. This role is hands-on and essential to daily operations - responsible for executing and leading all load-in and load-out activities, including pulling, prepping, protecting, and staging rental equipment for deliveries and returns.

The Load Lead is a trusted extension of the warehouse, logistics and inventory teams, with strong working knowledge of Found’s inventory, systems, and standards. They lead by example- setting the pace, maintaining order, and anticipating the needs of both our customers and internal teams- while always upholding the integrity of the company and brand.

The Found Difference:  Our Core Values in Action

The Load is expected to embody and lead through our core values:

Collaboration (Succeed as a Team): You work hand-in-hand with Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, and Field teams to ensure every truck leaves accurately and on time. You understand that a flawless install starts with a flawless load. You support your crew and communicate clearly to keep operations aligned.

Heart (Relentlessly Care for Others): You lead your team with respect and encouragement. You set the tone on the warehouse floor by creating an environment where people feel supported, safe, and valued. You care about protecting the inventory because you know it represents someone’s important event.

Authenticity (Bring Our Best Self): You lead by example. You don’t ask your team to do anything you wouldn’t do yourself. You bring energy, accountability, and pride to every shift

Integrity (Do the Right Thing): You hold high standards for count accuracy, protection, and quality control. If something isn’t right, you address it immediately. You ensure every outgoing load meets Found’s standards before it leaves the dock.
