At Found Rental Co., our Installation Team Members are vital in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. As one of the first points of contact on event day and the final impression left behind, our team members represent professionalism, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. Working closely with teammates, they are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering, setting up, and striking event equipment, ensuring all items are handled with care.
This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach. A successful Installation Team Member anticipates both customer and team needs, upholds our brand's integrity, and maintains high standards of quality and safety throughout every task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow directions from the Installation Lead to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and pickups.
- Complete event setups and breakdowns efficiently within the designated timeframes.
- Carefully handle and transport rental equipment, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and material handling to prevent any damage.
- Inspect all items upon pickup, identifying and reporting any stains, breakage, missing pieces, or damages to the Installation Lead.
- Adhere to venue rules and regulations, treating all properties with professionalism and respect.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for the team and customers.
- Take required rest and meal breaks in compliance with California state law.
- Maintain a clean driving record (if driving) and adhere to company vehicle guidelines.
- Assist with warehouse duties and other tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, capable of following instructions from team leads.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Adaptability to stay calm and professional under pressure, especially when handling last-minute changes.
- Strong passion for safety, organization, and problem-solving.
- A sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- A team-first attitude and strong integrity in all work-related activities.
