The Role
The Sales Manager at Found Rental Co. is both a brand ambassador and a people-first leader. This role is responsible for driving organic sales growth, developing and mentoring a high-performing Sales Team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects Found’s commitment to excellence, heart, and reliability.
This leader thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and brings contagious positivity, exceptional organization, and a strong sense of ownership. The Sales Manager leads by example—supporting daily sales operations, guiding strategy, and partnering closely with the Business Development Manager to expand Found’s reach and impact.
They balance hands-on client engagement with team leadership, ensuring sales goals are met, standards are upheld, and the Found experience is delivered at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Serve as the primary support and resource for the Sales Team, providing real-time guidance and problem-solving
- Lead and manage regular Sales Team Meetings, including:
- Order reviews and pipeline discussions
- Team collaboration and communication
- Individual and team development initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews for all Sales Team members (at minimum annually)
- Set, track, and manage individual and team sales goals
- Oversee the assignment of on-site sales representatives (who, where, and when)
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
Client & Sales Strategy
- Support and guide client communication across the Sales Team to ensure consistent tone, expectations, and follow-through
- Collaborate on outreach strategy and onboarding of new clients
- Work directly with clients as needed to provide high-touch service and ensure successful event execution
- Monitor incoming orders and team workload to ensure balance, efficiency, and quality control
- Partner with Business Development to support revenue growth and expansion
Training & Education
- Keep the Sales Team informed on:
- New inventory and product launches
- Process and policy updates
- Best practices for communication, order management, and brand representation
- Support onboarding and mentorship of new Sales Team members
- Identify training opportunities that elevate team performance and client experience
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in sales, hospitality, events, or a client-facing industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Confident decision-maker who leads with empathy and accountability
- Passion for design, events, and luxury experiences
- Familiarity with Found Rental Co.’s product offerings is a plus

Salary Range: base $100,000 - $140,000 + commission, based on experience
